Every team playing football, handball, basketball or other ball sports in the heat works up a sweat. That’s okay in principle , but what most people don’t know is that heavy sweating also means a high loss of energy. This results in exhaustion and a drop in performance over the course of the game. At the latest when the barrels are dismantled, many do not know where to put the enormous quantities of water.
