PERVORMANCE WINS SIA AWARD OF WIRTSCHAFTSWOCHE
With the “Sustainable Impact Award” (SIA), WirtschaftsWoche honors medium-sized pioneers for corporate sustainability. Pervormance international, a company from Ulm, won the coveted SIA Award in the “SME EnterPrize” category, supported by GENERALI. This category honors companies with up to 250 employees for their holistic ecological and social strategies that also take the SDGs into account.
SAVINGS OF UP TO 97% CO2 COMPARED TO AIR CONDITIONING
Pervormance develops functional clothing for cooling that is used in the medical field, by fire departments and for people who work or play sports in high temperatures. The technology, which is produced in Germany, enables a cooling capacity of up to 660 watts and reduces CO2 emissions by up to 97% compared to air conditioning systems.
SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The company is committed to sustainability, fair working conditions and women’s rights. It is a member of the UN Global Compact, the “SENAT DER WIRTSCHAFT” and supports Plant-for-thePlanet. Production takes place regionally in Germany and Europe, with raw materials and materials coming from European and German producers. Pervormance international was the only German company to be recognized by UN Women/WEPs and adheres to the UN’s ten principles.
