Shipping & Delivery
Our items can be delivered worldwide. We ship with DHL as standard.
Upon request, and after consultation with our customer service team, a different shipping provider may be utilized. In certain cases (e.g., express shipping or special delivery), different shipping costs may apply. These will be agreed upon with you individually prior to shipment.
We ship all domestic parcels and packages in a climate-neutral manner with DHL GoGreen, thereby contributing to environmental protection. You can find more information about climate-neutral shipping at DHL.

delivery times
The delivery time depends on the destination country. Unless a different delivery period is specified in the item description or during the ordering process, the following applies:
- Delivery within Germany: 2–5 business days after order confirmation
- Delivery abroad: 5–10 business days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment)
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Note for deliveries outside the EU/to third countries
Please note that for shipments to third countries (outside the European Union) with invoice amounts exceeding €1,000, additional costs for export declaration may apply. These will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
For orders with a delivery address in a third country (e.g., Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, etc.), customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance costs may be incurred upon import. These fees are charged directly by the relevant customs authorities or shipping service providers and must be paid by the recipient.
We do not handle customs clearance and have no influence on the amount of these costs.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be taken care of for a small fee MeinEinkauf.ch
