Activating E.COOLINE products is as easy and quick as washing your hands. Put water on it - roll it up - dry it off. It couldn't be easier. And then enjoy the pleasant, dry cooling for hours. Simply "Cool to go Simply "Cool to go"
Let water (medium water pressure from the tap) run evenly over the “padded” area of your E.COOLINE product until all areas are slightly darker. Duration: max. 2–3 seconds each on the front and back. Moisten only the outer sides—the inside stays dry. The water will distribute there on its own.
Fold the E.COOLINE product several times and then firmly press out the excess water in the sink or on a surface (do not wring!).
Then place your E.COOLINE® product on a towel or similar material and roll it up in it under firm pressure. Give the product a quick shake. If you used a bit too much water, simply let it air-dry.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COOL ?
E.COOLINE is not only effective, regardless of time and place, but also very simple. The products are activated in seconds, for example, under the tap. You press out the product and simply roll it up in a towel, or pat the outside dry with paper towels. Done!
If you used a bit too much water, simply let it air-dry.

THE COOL-TO-GO METHOD
TURBO-COOLING BOOSTER
There are some cases when the cooling effect of 660 Watth/l is not enough for our customers. Either because of humidity above 80% or in case of extreme heat or repair measures near ovens, hot machines, etc..
But there is a solution for this too: the COOL TO GO method. For this you need nothing more than a simple cooler, some plastic zip lock bags and ice cubes or Crush Ice. You fill the Crush Ice into the bags and simply layer them in the cooler between one cooling product activated with water at a time. Then they just let this sit for about 30 min. stand.
If you open the cooler now, the E.COOLINE product has taken the cold of the Crush-Ice and cools much stronger. Of course, not forever. But if you have a second product in the cooler, then they can always exchange the two against each other and remain cool and mobile. Because you can take the cooler conveniently everywhere. Stay mobile and "turbo" cool.

SWIMMING POOL EFFECT AND MORE: If you cool your body, you will eventually get used to the temperature and you will no longer feel the cooling. It’s like jumping into the pool. At first it’s cold and after a while it’s just pleasant. That’s why some of our customers think the products no longer cool after a while (20-50 minutes – depending on the user). But there is a simple solution to this: as soon as you stop feeling the cooling effect, take the E.COOLINE product off and put it back on again after a few minutes. You will notice the cooling effect again.
VERY SIMPLE CARE: Most cooling function clothing in the world is not washable. This is, of course, a hygiene problem. E.COOLINE is different – the care of E.COOLINE functional cooling clothing is also simple and clean.
You can wash the products by hand (rinse well) or in the washing machine at 30°C (do not spin or tumble dry) and you can also have the products cleaned (delicate cleaning program). Industrial washing is also possible.

How does cooling clothing actually work? And why should I wear you? Here you will find the most important answers.
Through to the heat generated by our body, the water molecules bound to the fibers of the 3D-COOL material evaporate so effectively that a comfortable temperature of 16 – 20°C is created with a cooling capacity of up to 660 watts/liter.
Activating E.COOLINE products is as easy and fast as washing your hands!
- MOISTURIZE : Run water evenly over the “wadded” part of the product (approx. 3 sec. per side).
- EXPRESS : e.g. by rolling up the product (do not wring!)
- DRY OFF:Wrap E.COOLINE product in a towel (also paper towel) under light pressure and dry the outer fabric at the same time

The high-tech COOLINE SX3 has the property of binding 10 times its weight in water within seconds inside the 3D material and storing it firmly directly on the 3D fibers.
This creates an enormously large surface area of water molecules, which is able to be highly active in any heat situation and at the same time pleasantly cool. No water droplets or condensation form under pressure; the water escapes exclusively through evaporation.
Therefore, the product is dry in 1-2 minutes by briefly rolling it in a towel and can be worn immediately.
Due to the physical principle of evaporative cooling, E.COOLINE cools more at higher temperatures and less at lower temperatures. The cooling time depends on this.
This means: that the hotter it is, the more evaporates and the sooner the product has to be reactivated. However, the COOLINE SX3 material stores so much water that you can normally get through the whole day dry and cool.
The products therefore cool as long as water is present in the material. But the “reactivation” also takes only seconds.
E.COOLINE is washable, unlike most cooling textiles. Please wash your cooling clothes separately, at 30°C in wool or hand wash cycle. Please do not spin refrigerated garments or only spin them on the lowest spin cycle. Please make sure to use the right detergent.
Use simple or pH-neutral detergents without color or fiber protection so that your cooling garments retain their function and shape for a long time.
